Следующим шагом стал кабинет для открытия счетов, управления средствами и контроля операций.EAJ Trader already had an identity, a landing page and a list of future features. The next step was a dashboard for opening accounts, managing funds and keeping track of operations.
ЗадачаTask
Я отвечала за структуру кабинета и логику основных действий. Вместе с заказчиком выбирала, какие функции войдут в MVP и как связать обзор средств, счета и финансовые операции.I was responsible for the structure of the dashboard and the logic of its main actions. Together with the client I chose which features would go into the MVP and how to connect the overview of funds, the accounts and the financial operations.
Заказчик передал предварительное исследование и список функций. Я сравнила сценарии разных типов пользователей: от новичка до активного трейдера. Для MVP остановились на активном трейдере.The client handed over preliminary research and a list of features. I compared the scenarios of different user types, from a beginner to an active trader. For the MVP we settled on the active trader.

Найти нужный счёт и проверить его состояние.Find the right account and check its status.
Выбрать пополнение, вывод или перевод.Choose a deposit, a withdrawal or a transfer.
В таблице сопоставлены типы пользователей и их задачи. Это материал анализа на старте проекта.The table maps the user types to their tasks. This is analysis material from the start of the project.
На главной я собрала общий баланс, информацию о средствах и входы в основные операции. Отсюда можно открыть счёт, перейти к своим счетам, пополнить баланс или вывести средства. Так обзор капитала сразу связан с дальнейшими действиями.On the main screen I brought together the total balance, the information about funds and the entry points to the core operations. From here you can open an account, go to your accounts, top up the balance or withdraw funds. That way the overview of capital connects directly to what happens next.
Для торговых счетов я подготовила два варианта. Таблица компактна, когда счетов много. В карточке баланс, статус и действия собраны вокруг одного счёта.I prepared two options for the trading accounts. A table is compact when there are many accounts. A card gathers the balance, the status and the actions around a single account.
Концепции проверили с 5 участниками. Для MVP выбрали карточки, а таблицу сохранили как вариант для работы с большим числом счетов.The concepts were tested with 5 participants. Cards went into the MVP, and the table was kept as an option for working with a large number of accounts.

Эти операции мы с заказчиком объединили в разделе Funding. Внутри пользователь выбирает, что хочет сделать со средствами. При этом входы в пополнение и вывод остались на главной.The client and I brought these operations together in the Funding section. Inside it the user chooses what to do with their funds. The entry points to deposits and withdrawals stayed on the main screen.
Для вопросов по работе кабинета спроектировала Claims & Complaints. Пользователь видит список обращений и их статусы, открывает переписку, уточняет детали и прикладывает документы. К разговору можно вернуться из того же раздела.For questions about the dashboard I designed Claims & Complaints. The user sees the list of support requests and their statuses, opens the conversation, adds details and attaches documents. The conversation can be picked up again from the same section.
Запущен кабинет с обзором средств и счетами. Финансовые операции и поддержка также спроектированы.The dashboard launched with an overview of funds and accounts. The financial operations and support were designed as well.
